These Terms of Service govern use of ReminderCall and its website and voice reminder services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Production note: The operator should replace or supplement these terms with advice from qualified counsel before accepting paying customers, particularly regarding governing law, liability limits, consumer rights and regulated calling requirements.

1. The service

ReminderCall provides technology that can help businesses schedule and deliver automated voice reminders. Features may change over time.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and contact information.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Have the necessary permission, authorization or other lawful basis to contact recipients.
  • Follow applicable telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection and calling laws.
  • Maintain the security of account credentials and API credentials.
  • Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, impersonation, deception, or prohibited traffic.

3. Calling compliance

Use of automated voice calls may be regulated differently depending on the country, state, recipient, calling purpose and technology used. Customers are responsible for determining and satisfying the requirements applicable to their calls.

4. Third-party providers

Voice delivery may depend on telecommunications and API providers. Calls may be affected by carrier routing, network availability, recipient settings, regulations or provider policies.

5. Prohibited use

Prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, carrier issues and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

7. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, investigate security issues, or respond to provider or carrier requirements.

8. Intellectual property

ReminderCall and its website, software and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator unless otherwise stated. Customers retain rights in content they provide, subject to the licenses necessary to operate the service.
